When talking about the best portrait lenses most have their favorites: the 85mm 1.4G lens has been a favorite of most photographers for portraits, but this – this lens I am quite excited about! It arrived yesterday, and I will get to use it this weekend for some of the engagement shoots. For now I have used Fred, our Christmas decoration from my mantle – which we still have not taken down. Yes, I am aware this is now February. The Nikon 135mm 2.0 AF-D DC can create amazing bokeh at f/4 and is very sharp. It is a Nikon’s pro limited-production lens and not too many people own it!
Basically, I am totally excited to use this lens and can not wait to put it to work this weekend!
