Monique and Jordan’s wedding reminded all of us of pure joy and love two young people can have for each other! They first met in high school and now, at age of 21 tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony. We do not see too many young high school sweethearts marry, but these two are truly one of a kind. Funny enough, I was just browsing through some of Jordan’s old Facebook posts from 2-3 years ago, and he was already raving about marrying Monique then. SO sweet. Their ceremony was done at the Chestnut Square Chapel in McKinney, Texas followed by the reception at Chestnut Square. What a great group of young and bright people, with so much love, support and happiness. Congratulations to Monique + Jordan! Wishing you many hearts of happiness.

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing one of the sweetest weddings last night. I will tell you their story in my full post for their wedding, but this is their teaser post and we must wait until all the photos are done to hear that! Can I just say that is exactly why everyone should do a first look!! I mean, THIS! THE BEST reaction of a groom to see his bride! This is why I love photographing it, and that time between the bride and groom on their wedding day in private can be so special. I absolutely can not wait to show the rest of the wedding photos. Monique made the most gorgeous bride!!!! Congrats guys! PINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPINPIN

Classy, stunning, sophisticated. Those three words would best describe Alison & John’s  last weekend’s wedding. To say I enjoyed photographing this gorgeous event would be an understatement. Everything from the dress, to the flowers, to the venue, to weather – it all seemed to flow together for the bride and groom that day. St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Dallas has the prettiest stained glass windows, and the Belo Mansion is just one of the most stunning wedding venues in Dallas. The flower arrangements filled the room with lovely smell of roses. The wedding cake was out of this world. I especially loved John’s final surprise to Alison with the horse carriage send off. A huge congratulations to the lovely couple and best wishes. You two are perfect for each other and I hope you can cherish these memories for a lifetime now!

Lots of people asked where they can see these photos at the reception, and you can find them here. They will be available until June 25, 2014.

I love weddings that make me tear up when editing the photos. This is definitely one of them. Kelly and Colton got married this past weekend, and OH MY GOODNESS. What can I say? Beautiful location, gorgeous bride, handsome groom and amazing weather, and  all the bright colors. Just wow. This is the reason why I love photography. The way I saw their wedding though my eyes is this, and I am so excited to be able to share this with you. The ceremony and reception was held at Rock Creek Ranch in McKinney, Texas  – a Dallas suburb. Congratulations Kelly & Colton. It was truly a blessing to be part of your big day, and I am humbled for it!!! ENJOY!

So many of you asked where you can find these photos during the reception. This is just a small selection of my favorites, but there are SO MANY MORE. Here is the link to the full gallery that will be up for one month until June 24th. Get the password from the bride and groom to view the photos!
